WHAT TO EXPECT FROM BRICK BY BRICK

  • VISUAL INSPECTION

    The visual inspection of the house takes 2 1/2 hours or more depending on the size and condition of the home. I strongly encourage you to accompany me during this time. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the home. I will also be taking digital pictures and notes.

  • Report with Pictures

    When the visual inspection is complete we can discuss any major issues or minor concerns and then you will receive a full written report with the pictures attached within 24 hours or less.

  • 100% guarantee

    60 Day, 100% guarantee, if your not satisfied with your report I’ll refund the cost of inspection.
